The announcement came today, Laura was nominated for the 16th Annual Los Angeles Music Awards for the Singer/songwriter with "Cross That Line" and for Vocalist of the Year with "Sticks and Stones". The main event will be held on November 9th 2006 in LA.

The Bluebird Cafe is one of the most prestigious places to play in Nashville for any songwriter. You have to audition and then are either asked to come back and play or not...well Laura was asked to come back and play. The Bluebird is booked so far in advance that the waiting list is extremely long, but worth the wait! Laura's Bluebird cafe date is May 20, 2007 at 8:00pm, we'll see you then!
